GuildFi, a Bangkok, Thailand-based developer of a Web3 infrastructure to connect games, NFTs, and communities, closed a US$6m seed financing round.
The round was co-led by DeFiance Capital and Hashed, with participation from Pantera Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Alameda Research, Animoca Brands, Dapper Labs, Play Ventures, SkyVision Capital, Coin98 Ventures, and other investors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Jarindr Thitadilaka, GuildFi is an interconnected Web3 ecosystem of games, NFTs and communities, which aims to maximize players’ benefits and enable interoperability across the metaverse. With this round, the company is evolving into an interconnected ecosystem that offers many features, including GuildFi ID, game discovery, scholarship portal, GameFi tools, Proof-of-Play rewards, and Metadrop Launchpad.
