Accenture (NYSE: ACN) completed the acquisition of AppsPro, a Riyadh, Saudi Arabia-based Oracle Cloud implementation service provider.
The financial terms of the transaction, which Accenture announced on May 3, were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands Accenture’s Oracle Cloud capabilities globally, helping to deliver additional value to clients in the Middle East on their journeys to the cloud.
AppsPro is a Platinum Oracle Partner with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia. The company adds more than 240 professionals to the Accenture Oracle Business Group, broadening in-region capabilities and deep industry knowledge in cloud and digital transformation.
