Y42 (previously known as Datos-Intelligence), a Berlin, Germany-based company building a scalable data platform that anyone can run, closed a $31M Series A funding.
The round, which brought total funding to $34M, was co-led by Atomico and Insight Partners, with participation from La Famiglia and Data Community Fund. In conjunction with the funding, Atomico Partner Irina Haivas will join Y42’s board.
The company intends to use the funds to continue accelerating the development of its platform, building out its customer base and scaling its team.
Founded in 2020 by CEO Hung Dang, Y42 is a company building a data platform which allows any company to use data efficiently and collaboratively via separate tools for data orchestration, ingestion, and visualisation. The data ingestion, analysis, and sharing platform is easy to use, interoperable, and designed to scale in tandem with a company’s growth.
