BrightHire, a NYC-based intelligent interview platform, secured a $20.5M Series B funding round.
The round was led by 01A with participation from Index Ventures, Zoom Apps Fund, Ground Up Ventures, Haystack, and J Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate business expansion.
Led by CEO Ben Sesser, BrightHire provides an intelligent interview platform for HR teams to capture interviews and run an equitable hiring process. Built on top of Zoom and with deep ATS integrations, the system enables new levels of collaboration to accelerate time-to-hire, reduce mistakes, improve close rates, and foster more equitable hiring. BrightHIre is advised by Laszlo Bock, Google’s former SVP of People Operations, and renowned organizational psychologist Adam Grant.
Since raising their Series A just a few short months ago, the company has experienced rapid growth—4x revenue run rate growth, 3x customer count, and 37% month-over-month growth in interview volume.
