Alloy, a NYC-based telehealth company addressing the healthcare needs of women over 40, raised $3.3m in seed funding.

Backers included venture studio Kairos HQ and PACE Healthcare Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to advance its development efforts and prepare to launch later this year, build out staff, and broaden community engagement.

Founded by Anne Fulenwider and Monica Molenaar, founder of Seed + Mill, Alloy offers its community of women:

  • A telehealth platform with access to specially-trained doctors, all certified by the North American Menopause Society (NAMS)
  • A suite of FDA-approved hormonal prescription solutions delivered to their places
  • Customized content and community-building to guide them through this stage of life

The company’s leadership is bolstered by Sharon Malone, MD, who serves as Medical Director.
