Ubco, a Tauranga New Zealand-based utility electric vehicles company, raised USD$10M in Series B funding.
The round was led by Jubilee Glory Investments with participation from Seven Peak Ventures, Nuance Capital, TPK, and existing venture investors GD1, and wholesale investment partners Snowball Effect and Enterprise Angels.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2015 by Daryl Neal, Anthony Clyde and Timothy Allan, Ubco is an Utility Electric Vehicle (UEV) company which provides a digitally-connected platform including on and off-road transport, portable power, accessories and cloud-based subscription software.
The company currently works in international markets including the United States, Australia, and Europe.
