TrueLayer, a London, UK-based global payments company, raised $130m in funding.
Backers included Tiger Global and Stripe.
The company intends to use the funds to charge the mainstream adoption of open banking payments through industries like ecommerce and subscriptions.
Led by Francesco Simoneschi, CEO & CO-Founder, TrueLayer is a global payments network, making instant and recurring payments available everywhere, in a few lines of code. Products include PayDirect, Payments API and Payouts.
Millions of consumers and businesses across Europe, the UK, and Australia already use it to pay for goods and services.
