MarginEdge Raises $18M in Series B Funding

MarginEdge, a Fairfax VA-based restaurant management platform, raised $18M in Series B funding.

The round was led by Schooner Capital with participation from Osage Venture Partners, Gordon Food Service’s innovation arm Relish Works and┬áNigel Morris.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, expand operations and its business reach.

Led by Bo Davis, Roy Phillips and Brian Mills, MarginEdge provides a restaurant management platform to eliminate paperwork and streamline the flow of operational data to a diverse group of operators from single units and small chains to large franchise and hospitality groups.

Today, the company services over 2,400 independent restaurants in 47 states with a team of over 300 people in five countries and 29 states.
