MarginEdge, a Fairfax VA-based restaurant management platform, raised $18M in Series B funding.
The round was led by Schooner Capital with participation from Osage Venture Partners, Gordon Food Service’s innovation arm Relish Works and Nigel Morris.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Bo Davis, Roy Phillips and Brian Mills, MarginEdge provides a restaurant management platform to eliminate paperwork and streamline the flow of operational data to a diverse group of operators from single units and small chains to large franchise and hospitality groups.
Today, the company services over 2,400 independent restaurants in 47 states with a team of over 300 people in five countries and 29 states.
