Factorial Closes $80M Series B Funding

Factorial, a Barcelona, Spain-based HR software company, closed an $80M Series B funding round.

The round, which brought total funding raised to date to $100m, was led by Tiger Global, with participation from previous investors CRV, Creandum, Point Nine, K Fund.

The company intends to use the funds for product development, team expansion, and continued growth into international markets, opening offices in the USA and Brazil.

Founded in 2016 by Pau Ramon, Bernat Farrero, and Jordi Romero, Factorial provides an HR software platform that automates and centralizes processes such as recruiting and selection, onboarding, absence management, and time tracking, as well as provides insight into the organization.

With over 75,000 users across 65 countries, the company serves clients such as KFC, Booking.com, and Whisbi.
