Corelight Raises $75M in Series D Funding

Corelight, a San Francisco CA-based open network detection and response (NDR) platform provider, raised $75M in Series D funding.

The round was led by Energy Impact Partners with participation from Previous investors Accel, General Catalyst, Insight Partners, Osage University Partners , H.I.G. Growth Partners,  Capital One Ventures, CrowdStrike Falcon Fund, and Gaingels.

The company, which has raised a total of $160m to date, intends to use the funds to accelerate both global market presence and develop new data and cloud offerings.

Led by Brian Dye, CEO, Corelight provides security teams at the world’s largest financial institutions, retail and healthcare organizations, critical infrastructure providers and government agencies with an open network detection and response (NDR) platform. Global customers include Fortune 500 companies, major government agencies, and large research universities.
