Quark.ai, a San Jose, Calif.-based autonomous customer support company, raised over $5m in seed-plus funding.
The round was led by DNX Ventures, with participation from Fusion Fund, Tie Angels and existing investor True Blue Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its platform.
Led by Prosenjit Sen, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, Quark.ai provides the Autonomous Customer Support platform, which utilizes Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision to automate support functions. This enables enterprises to quickly interpret complex customer support cases and provide resolutions to customers with accuracy and speed.
