Untether AI, a Toronto, Canada-based at-memory computation and AI inference acceleration company, raised $125m in funding.
The round was led by an affiliate of Tracker Capital Management and Intel Capital, with participation from new investor Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and existing investor Radical Ventures. As part of the funding round, Tracker Capital Senior Advisor Dr. Shaygan Kheradpir will join Untether AI’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate and expand its customer engagements across a multitude of markets, enhance its software offering, and build its next generation products.
