ReserveBar, a New York-based premium spirits ecommerce platform, raised an undisclosed amount in Series B funding.
The round was led by Silver Lake, with participation from Doug Dillard, Jr., Managing Partner of Slewgrass Capital and a Silver Lake advisor, who will join ReserveBar’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2013 by CEO Lindsay Held and President Derek Correia, ReserveBar is an online destination for premium and luxury spirits.
ReserveBar has also named Jim Clerkin as Chairman of ReserveBar’s Board of Directors. Mr. Clerkin was most recently President of Moët Hennessy Strategic Development after 13 years as President and CEO of Moet Hennessy Americas.
