LitLingo, an Austin, Texas-based real-time AI communication analytics platform, completed a $7.5M Series A funding round.

The round was led by Breyer Capital, joined by former IBM CEO Sam Palmisano, with participation from existing investors, including LiveOak Venture Partners, Clarke Nobiletti, and James Marsico.

The company intends to use the funds to double the headcount over the next twelve months at their Austin, TX headquarters and remotely, scaling out the go-to-market team with key investments in recruiting sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering roles, support product enhancements, including growing its library of AI models and communication platform data and application connectors.

Led by Kevin Brinig, CEO, LitLingo enables businesses to enhance communications, strengthen culture, and mitigate risk by providing real-time language analysis within platforms such as Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zendesk. Its an AI solution proactively identifies problematic language in employee communications in real-time by flagging risky or non-compliant language before the message is sent. While users are busy writing, algorithms are working behind the scenes to recalibrate any mishaps in the messaging and help them avoid risky conversations altogether.
