Lalo Closes $5.6M Seed Funding Round

Lalo, a NYC-based DTC baby brand, closed a $5.6m seed funding.

The round was led by Willow Growth Partners. Additional investors in the company include businesswoman and philanthropist Yael Cohen Braun, Dave Heath, CEO of Bombas, and business consultant and former senior partner of Boston Consulting Group, Michael Silverstein.

The company intends to use the funds to grow their product line and to bring their products to more families.

Founded in 2019 by entrepreneurs Michael Wieder and Greg Davidson, Lalo offers:

  • the Daily stroller
  • The Chair, a 2-in-1 highchair that turns into a play chair,
  • The Play Kit, a child-size table with two play chairs,
  • Tableware, and 
  • The Bib.
