Kdan Mobile Software Raises $16M in Series B Funding

Kdan Mobile Software Ltd., a Taiwan-based company that designs and provides cloud-based productivity and content creation solutions for desktop, web and mobile environments, raised $16M in Series B funding.

Backers included:

  • Dattoz Partners (South Korea),
  • WI Harper Group (U.S.),
  • Taiwania Capital (Taiwan) and
  • Golden Asia Fund Mitsubishi UFJ Capital (Japan).

In conjunction with the funding, Yeon Su Kim, Dattoz Partners’ CEO, will take a seat on the Kdan Mobile Board.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its global presence.

Led by Kenny Su, CEO and Founder, Kdan Mobile Software provides:

  • Document AI is a data processing and filtering technology platform that extracts and summarizes key information from large-scale sources of unstructured content, enabling organizations to make quick business decisions;
  • cloud-based SaaS offerings, DottedSign, Document 365, and Creativity 365, which enable growing and mid-sized enterprises to quickly implement company-wide e-signature, PDF document, and multimedia content creation tools.
  • A set of APIs and SDKs for its e-signature service, document management solutions, and creativity platform, enabling large organizations to quickly and securely build out these capabilities in-house.

The above solutions have been downloaded over 200 million times from the App Store, Google Play Store and Microsoft Store.
