ConverseNow Raises $15M in Series A Funding

ConverseNow, an Austin, TX-based provider of a voice-based AI technology platform for restaurants, closed a $15m Series A funding.

The round was led by Craft Ventures with participation from LiveOak Venture Partners, Tensility Venture Partners, Knoll Ventures, Bala Investments, 2048 Ventures, and Bridge Investments, Moneta Ventures, Federico Castellucci and Ashish Gupta. In conjunction with the funding, Bryan Rosenblatt, Partner at Craft Ventures, joined ConverseNow’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by Vinay Shukla, co-founder and CEO, and Rahul Aggarwal, co-founder and COO & CPO, ConverseNow provides quick-service restaurants (QSRs) with George and Becky, AI voice ordering assistants that help optimize the deployment of valuable staff hours and improve the speed and accuracy of orders. Its cloud-based, multilingual solution personalizes restaurant orders in high-volume voice channels such as phone, drive-thru, self-service kiosks, and voice-assisted chat on mobile devices.
