Transform, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a centralized metrics platform for companies, raised $20m in Series A funding.
The round was co-led by Index Ventures and Redpoint Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Nick Handel, CEO, James Mayfield, COO, and Paul Yang, Co-Founder and Software Engineer, Transform has just launched a centralized metrics platform that enables metrics definitions in code, supports life-cycle management, and connects to any downstream tool where users consume metrics.
