Recycle Track Systems (RTS), a New York-based company which specializes in waste and recycling management, raised $35M in Series C funding.
The round was led by Citi Impact Fund, with participation from Edison Partners, Cue Ball, Greenspring Associates, Gaingels and the Partnership for New York City. Previous investment rounds were led by Volition Capital and Greenspring Associates.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its business reach.

From on-demand removal to fully integrated waste management solutions, RTS allows companies and municipalities to track and optimize their pickups. Using data insight, the system empowers clients with visibility into their waste habits and tangible figures on their climate impact to improve their waste and recycling practices.
The company, a certified B-Corporation, currently serves more than 150,000 residents and 2,000 businesses across the country.
