Liquid Friday, a Portsmouth, UK-based provider of umbrella and contract support services, acquired Jobs platform Stride (formerly JobLab).
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Liquid Friday will incorporate Stride’s proprietary end-to-end technology into a new solution.
Led by Aidan Cramer, Co-founder and CEO, Stride connects graduates with jobs at fast-growing startups across the United Kingdom using machine-learning, personality matching, and video screening.
Led by Colin Gunnell, Liquid Friday is a business that employs workers with a wide range of specialist skills and experience, for use by third-parties on temporary assignments and projects. The company works alongside Recruitment Agencies to provide a knowledgeable support network for its employees to work on assignments. The firm provides services, skills and expertise in a variety of industries including: construction, engineering, education, IT, health & social care.
