eqtble, a New York-based provider of an HR analytics platform focused on delivering actionable insights, raised $2.7M in seed funding.

The round was led by Initialized with participation from SB Opportunity Fund, RS Ventures and other venture capital firms and angel investors.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.

Founded by Joseph Ifiegbu, Ethan Veres, and Gabe Horwitz, eqtble provides a human resource analytics platform that turns employee data into insightsThe company’s system can collect data from over 100 platforms (such as Workday, ADP, Qualtrics, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Culture Amp, among others), and deliver insights and visualizations on talent recruitment, workforce, engagement and compensation.
