ClearEstate, a Montreal, Canada-based digital-first estate settlement platform for North American executors, raised C$2.5M in seed extension funding.
Investors included Anthem Partners, Torstar Corporation, Triangle Capital Corporation, NAventures and Diagram Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to launch the platform and expand its business reach across the United States and Canada.
Led by Davide Pisanu, co-founder and CEO, ClearEstate aims to demystify the responsibilities facing estate executors and help guide them through the probate process as efficiently as possible.
