Accenture Interactive Acquires Entropia

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) today announced it has acquired Entropia, a Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based international digital experience agency.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Entropia will complement Accenture Interactive’s capabilities in customer experience, design and creative communications. The agency will help Accenture Interactive deliver innovation through technology to drive commerce and growth for clients in Southeast Asia. The deal will also expand the creative talent pool within Accenture Interactive and create more learning and growth opportunities for people across both organisations. 

Founded in 2016 by Prashant Kumar, Entropia features a team of more than 210 employees skilled in scaling unique digital experiences for brands. The agency has an extensive track record in helping blue-chip clients, including BMW, Nespresso, KFC, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Telekom Malaysia, and Lazada, create brand experiences with a positive impact on people and business growth.

Accenture Interactive is the arm of Accenture that designs, builds, communicates and runs meaningful experiences connecting human and business insights with technology.
