Foundry College, a San Francisco, CA-based college that builds skills and knowledge with face-to-face classes in an online environment, raised $1M funding.
The round was led by led by Zanichelli Venture into its open convertible note.
The company intends to use the funds to grow nationwide.
Created by a team led by Dr. Stephen M. Kosslyn, Foundry College is an online college whose students build future-ready skills and knowledge with soft skills education that includes a job credential, to align with the jobs of today and tomorrow.
Classes are conducted entirely in the online classroom, with no pre-work or homework assigned.
