Accenture (NYSE: ACN) acquired Homburg & Partner, a Mannheim, Germany-based strategic management consulting firm with deep specialization in commercial strategy, sales, and pricing.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Homburg & Partner’s team of 73 professionals have joined Accenture’s Customer, Sales & Service team.
Led by led by Prof. Christian Homburg, founder, Homburg & Partner provides customers with dedicated solutions to increase sales, market share and profitability with industry knowledge primarily for clients in the industrial goods, healthcare, and chemical industries.
For the past 20 years, the firm has worked with large to mid-sized companies on projects ranging from developing go-to-market strategies, optimizing sales processes and organizations to implementing pricing methodologies.
