UserZoom, a San Jose, CA-based Experience Insights Management (XIM) platform, raised $100M in funding.
The round was led by Owl Rock.
The company intends to use the funds to build out its XIM solution.
UserZoom provides an Experience Insights Management (XIM) platform that helps businesses gather and combine user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) strategies, and get an org-wide view on their digital experience to increase sales, and improve engagement and retention.
The company also announced the acquisition of EnjoyHQ, an experience insights hub, to bolster its ResearchOps (ReOps) capabilities. EnjoyHQ allows researchers to centralize and organize customer feedback and research findings into a single location, helping teams to consolidate and collaborate regardless of where that data originated from.
With offices in four countries, the company serves global brands such as Google, Oracle, Aetna, Santander, News UK and half of the Fortune 100.
