Shipper, a Jakarta, Indonesia-based digital logistics provider, closed a USD
63m Series B financing.
The round was led by DST Global partners and Sequoia Capital India with
participation from prior investors, including Prosus Ventures, Floodgate, Lightspeed, Insignia Ventures, AC Ventures and Y Combinator.
The company intends to use the funds to further invest in its technology and expand its logistics network.
Launched in 2017 by Budi Handoko, COO, and Phil Opamuratawongse, CEO, Shipper provides micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises across Indonesia with fulfillment and delivery services through a digitally managed network of fulfillment centers, delivery partners, and retail points, to thousands of e-commerce businesses that fulfill millions of items each month.
