Level E Research, an Edinburgh, Scotland, UK-based provider of artificial intelligence (AI) investment solutions, raised $1.2m in seed funding.
The backers were not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to scale up its business development efforts as well as continue to invest in research and hire people.
Founded by Dr Sonia Schulenburg in 2018, Level E combines machine learning, data science and behavioural economics enabling institutional investors to develop, test and implement smart investment strategies at the highest levels of automation.
