Productiv, a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of a SaaS management platform, closed a $45M Series C funding.
The round, which brought total funding raised to date to $73M, was led by IVP with participation from existing investors Accel, Norwest Venture Partners, Okta Ventures, and new strategic investor Atlassian Ventures. In conjunction with the financing, Steve Harrick of IVP will join the Productiv Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Jody Shapiro, founder and CEO, Productiv provides an enterprise SaaS management platform for the modern CIO. Companies like Fox, Uber, and Zoom use it to create a system of record for their SaaS portfolios with a detailed view into how software is actually used.
During the last year, the company has more than tripled revenue and doubled its headcount, added a roster of enterprise customers including DocuSign, Kayak, PagerDuty, SentinelOne, Robinhood, and GlobalLogic, and added technology industry veteran Aashish Chandarana to the Chief Information Officer role.
