Hi Marley, a Boston, MA-based creator of an intelligent communication platform built for the insurance industry, closed a $25m Series B financing round.
The round was led by Emergence Capital, with participation from Underscore, True Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures and Greenspring and additional investors Brewer Lane Ventures. Founder and General Partner Gordon Ritter took a seat on Hi Marley’s Board.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Mike Greene, CEO and co-founder, Hi Marley provides insurance carriers with a smart SMS platform to communicate with policyholders via text to increase transparency.
