FourJaw Manufacturing Analytics, a Sheffield, UK-based provider of a productivity maximising platform, secured a significant six-figure investment valuing the company at £2m.
Backers included 12 angels and venture capital firm SFC Capital.
Founded by Chris Iveson and Robin Hartley, who were research engineers at the University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) – an R&D facility that numbers McLaren, Airbus, Boeing, BAE Systems and Rolls-Royce as its partners, FourJaw provides a cloud based data capture and analysis technology platform to increase manufacturing factory floor productivity bringing productivity increases to UK manufacturers.
The round followed the reception of a Business Productivity Programme grant to accelerate the development and roll out of its productivity maximising platform.
