Fillogic Raises $2.5M in Seed Funding

Fillogic, a NYC-based Logistics-as-a-Service platform for retailers, raised $2.5m in seed funding.

The round, which brought total funds raised to $3.5m to date, was led by James McCann, Chairman and CEO of Food Retail Ventures who will be joining the Fillogic Board, with participation from Jamestown LP, GroundBreak Ventures, Revelry Ventures Partners, XRC Labs, Green Egg Ventures, and other strategic angels including Sandy Sigal.

The company intends to use the funds to expand the Fillogic Hub Network nationwide to key strategic markets in the Mid-Atlantic, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Phoenix and San Francisco, to support team growth and further development of its platform, including its Delivery Partner Network and proprietary routing technology.    

Founded in 2018 by Bill Thayer and Rob Caucci, Fillogic is a technology company dedicated to maximizing efficiencies for retailers and freight delivery networks via mall-based micro distribution hubs.

The company also operates micro distribution hubs across the Northeast region including in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
