Deliverr, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a fulfillment platform, raised $135m in Series D funding.
The $135m equity round, which brought total capital raised to over $240M, was led by Coatue, with participation from Activant Capital, 8VC and GLP.
The company, which also secured a $35m convertible note led by Brookfield Technology Partners, intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its warehouse capacity, as well as its business reach.
Led by Michael Krakaris, Deliverr enables any seller, regardless of size, to provide customers with fast and cost-effective fulfillment competing with large online marketplaces like Amazon, which can usually deliver products to their customers within 1-2 days.
The company has over 150 employees and plans to grow the team even further in 2021.
