FD7 Ventures, a global cryptocurrency investment fund, invested in BitcoinBlack, a Canadian cryptocurrency credit card company, acquiring 33% Class A voting common shares in the company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth.
BitcoinBlack is a cryptocurrency credit card company that will be delivering their inaugural batch of all metal black credit cards to the first 1000 Canadian customers on June 15th.
