Banzai, a Seattle, WA-based event marketing company, closed a $15m venture debt funding round.
The funding was led by Columbia Pacific Advisors with participation from Gaingels.
The company intends to use the funds to expand further to service its roster of customers.
Led by Joe Davy, CEO, Banzai is an enterprise SaaS provider of marketing automation solutions for experiential marketing through webinars and events. It is used by companies like Nextiva, Red Hat, DataRobot, and Egnyte, which includes companies like Nextiva, Red Hat, DataRobot, and Egnyte, along with over 3,000 other customers.
In the past six months, Banzai has expanded their virtual event and webinar solutions through two acquisitions, including virtual event platform High Attendance and browser-based webinar solution Demio.
