AnyRoad, a San Francisco, CA-based Experience Relationship Management (ERM) platform, raised $10m in Series A-1 financing.
The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Runa Capital with participation from previous investors Rally Ventures, Precursor Ventures, and Day One Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to invest in research and development and advance its data, insights, and machine learning products to support the hybrid experience model, and double its headcount in engineering and sales.
Led by Jonathan Yaffe, CEO and co-founder, AnyRoad is an Experience Relationship Management (ERM) platform enabling global brands to properly measure, scale, and implement their offline and online experiences, to create brand loyalty, change consumer behavior, and understand their brand associations. The platform uncovers insights to understand how customer engagements drive changes in brand perception, purchase behavior, and consumption habits, and drive loyalty and revenue.
The software integrates into CRM, loyalty, ERP, and POS systems.
Companies like Budweiser, Honda, Michaels, and Tabasco use AnyRoad to measure the impact of their experiential marketing.
The company also announced the hiring of two new executives:
- Ryan Whitney, who joins the company as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and
- Aamir Farooq, who joins as VP of Engineering.
