Aero Technologies, Inc., a San Francisco, CA-based next-generation premium air travel company, raised $20M in Series A funding.
The round, which brought total funding to date to $50M, was led by Keyframe Capital with participation from Cyrus Capital Partners and Expa.
The funds will be used to propel future flight paths and growth in the U.S.
Led by Uma Subramanian, CEO, Aero offers premium seats on direct flights between private terminals using custom designed 16-seat aircraft. All flights in the US are public charters operated by Aero’s wholly owned subsidiary USAC Airways 695 LLC (FAA Air Carrier Certificate 5U5A029Q), as direct air carrier.
