Usermind, a Seattle, WA-based journey orchestration platform provider, raised $14m in funding.
The round was led by WestRiver Group (WRG) with participation from current investors including Andreesen Horowitz and Menlo Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Laurel Buckner, Managing Director with WestRiver Group, joined Usermind’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Chief Executive Officer Michel Feaster, Usermind provides a Journey Orchestration platform for companies to acquire, grow, and retain customers through personalization by making data, technology, and channels work together.
