Sunstone Partners Acquires Evergreen Systems, Cerna Solutions, and Novo/Scale

Sunstone Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on tech-enabled cloud services companies, completed the acquisitions of Evergreen Systems, Cerna Solutions, and Novo/Scale. 

Transaction terms were not disclosed.

The deals will create a large independent consulting partner focused exclusively on enabling the power of ServiceNow across the enterprise. The combined company delivers extensive value to clients across all ServiceNow workflows, products and industries including financial, government, higher education, energy, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, travel and hospitality, retail and insurance. 

The combination of these three companies, coupled with the investment from Sunstone Partners, will accelerate growth, expand expertise and capabilities, support additional customer success initiatives and improve customers’ return-on-investment on the ServiceNow platform.

All three organizations have ServiceNow workflow and product offerings Joint expertise includes Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Business Management (ITBM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), NOW Platform, Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations.
