Landbot Closes $8M Series A Funding Round

Landbot

Landbot, a Barcelona, Spain-based startup that allows anyone to build a chatbot using a no-code solution, closed an $8m Series A funding round.

The round was led by Swanlaab, alongside CDTI, with previous investors Nauta Capital, Encomenda and Bankinter, participating.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by Jiaqi Pan, CEO and Co-Founder, Landbot provides a no-code platform that allows anyone to build a chatbot.

A bot can be built by anybody, regardless of technical knowledge. The system uses a drag and drop solution to design a web page experience filled with gifs and visual elements to capture the attention of the end-user.

Customers can run and analyse digital communications with end-users via multiple communication channels like websites, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, in real-time.

The product is integrated with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, databases such as Airtable, and communication platforms like Slack and WhatsApp.

The company currently supports over 50K users, ranging from SMEs to specific teams and products within larger organisations.

Customers include Nestlé, MediaMarkt, CocaCola, Cepsa, PcComponentes and Prudential.
