airSlate Raises $40M in Funding

airSlate, a Boston, MA-based provider of no-code business automation solutions, raised $40m in funding.

Backers included Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, General Catalyst and HighSage Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Pete Chung from Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital joined the airSlate Board of Directors.

The company, which has now raised a total of $80m to date, will use the funds to bolster sales to over $100m ARR in 2021 with a focus on expanding product functionality and integrations for additional use cases, building up the sales and marketing organization, and entering new international markets.

Led by Borya Shakhnovich, CEO, airSlate provides PDF editing, e-signature workflow, and business process automation solutions that empower non-technical users to digitally transform their front and back-office business processes, such as employee and customer onboarding, sales and ordering workflows, contracts and payments.

Customers include Eversource and the Government of Australia, among others.
