Phenom, a Philadelphia, PA-based HR technology company, acquired Endouble, an Amsterdam, The Netherlands–based company providing a platform to enhance the candidate experience across Europe.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The deal will enable Phenom to grow its presence and talent across Europe. Phenom adds Endouble employees from sales, development, implementation, account management, and customer success, further augmenting its talent infrastructure overseas — which includes its European headquarters in Rotterdam.
Led by Jeroen Kneppers, CEO, Endouble previously operated under RGF Staffing — a global HR service provider. It has nearly 15 years of experience working with many high-profile brands.
