myInterview Raises $5M in Seed Funding Round

myInterview, a Sidney, Australia- and Tel Aviv, Israel-based smart video interview platform prioritizing personality in the hiring process, raised $5m in seed funding.

The round was led by Aleph, with participation from previous investors Entrée Capital and SeedIL Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to expand sales, product, and R&D teams and to grow in the US and UK markets and around the world.

Founded in 2016 by Benjamin Gillman and Guy Abelsohn, myInterview provides a Machine Learning powered smart video interview platform for talent acquisition managers to find the best job candidates from their stack of applicants by putting personality first, enabling them to find the best fit for their company and culture. The system makes hiring a fully collaborative experience, allowing colleagues and managers to provide feedback quickly and efficiently. With millions of videos processed to date, myInterview is used by over 2,000 companies globally including Ocado, B&M, and P&O Ferries.
