AlphaFlow, a San Francisco, CA-based institutional platform for investing online in real estate debt, raised $10m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Saluda Grade Ventures with participation from Y Combinator, 10X Capital, Resolute Ventures, Upside Partnership, Vishal Garg (CEO of Better Mortgage), Gokul Rajaram, and other investors. Ryan Craft, founder & CEO of Saluda Grade, will take a seat on AlphaFlow’s board in conjunction with the funding.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by co-founder and CEO Ray Sturm, AlphaFlow is a technology-driven investment manager that provides professionally managed portfolios of real estate loans to institutional investors. The company provides a platform that allows local real estate lenders to accelerate decision-making and to grow their businesses by selling their loans to the company.
AlphaFlow partners with local private real estate lenders around the country and buys their loans.
