Observe Inc., a San Mateo, CA-based SaaS observability company emerged from stealth, raised $35m in Series A and debt funding.
The round was led by Sutter Hill Ventures. Early investors also includedĀ Michael Dell, Frank Slootman andĀ Scott Dietzen.
Founded by Sutter Hill Ventures in November 2017, Observe provides a SaaS Observability platform which brings together discrete technologies for Log Analytics, Metrics Monitoring and Application Performance Management (APM).
Observe’s team includes foundersĀ Jacob LeverichĀ (ex-Splunk),Ā Jonathan TrevorĀ (ex-Wavefront),Ā Jon WatteĀ (ex-Roblox) andĀ Philip UnterbrunnerĀ (ex-Snowflake). Observe’s executive team includes CEO,Ā Jeremy BurtonĀ (ex-Dell Technologies, EMC, Oracle) and CRO,Ā Keith ButlerĀ (ex-Perfecto, BMC).
