Grayshift, LLC, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of mobile device digital forensics, specializing in access and extraction, raised $47m in Series A financing.
The round was led by PeakEquity Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Jim Sheward and Justin Reger with PeakEquity Partners and Tom Noonan will join Grayshift’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate sales and marketing initiatives, grow the research and engineering teams, expand product offerings, and increase global awareness of its flagship GrayKey solution.
