Eightfold AI, a Mountain View, CA-based AI-powered talent intelligence platform provider, raised $125M in Series D funding round.
The round was led by General Catalyst with participation from Capital One Ventures, Foundation Capital, IVP and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
The company, which has now raised more than $180m and is valued at $1 billion, intends to use the funds to expand and scale its platform.
Led by Ashutosh Garg, Founder & CEO, Eightfold provides an AI-powered talent intelligence platform for managing the entire talent lifecycle. The system uses deep learning AI on existing public and legacy HCM data to allow companies to acquire, develop and advance talent, and achieve D&I goals.
The company now works with customers across 110 countries, 17 industries and 13 languages. The list includes AirAsia, Bayer, Capital One and Micron.
