Acesso Digital Tecnologia da Informação S.A., a São Paulo, Brazil-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, raised R$580 million (US$108m) in Series B financing.
The round was led by General Atlantic and SoftBank.
The company will use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Acesso Digital is a technology company specializing in digital identity authentication solutions, including facial recognition, remote hiring and electronic signatures.
