ABM Respiratory Care, a Singapore-based medical device company focused on developing novel integrated airway clearance and ventilation solutions, raised US$10.3M in series A funding.

The round was led by Advanced MedTech Holdings, a global medical technology leader, and SEEDS Capital, the investment arm of Enterprise Singapore.

The funding will help ABM advance their US commercialization plans.

Led by Vinay Joshi, CEO, ABM Respiratory Care is dedicated to developing intelligent, clinically differentiated and innovative respiratory care solutions to help people breathe better inside and outside the hospital.

The company also announced the appointment of Peter H. Soderberg as Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.  Mr. Soderberg, who currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Tactile Medical, a publicly traded medical device company, recently concluded 18 years of service on the board of directors of Integer Holdings Corp.
