Sharpen Technologies, an Indianapolis, IN-based developer of an agent-first omnichannel cloud contact center platform, raised $12m in growth funding.
This is the second round of funding for Allos Ventures LLC, Cultivation Capital, and Lightchain LLC, the family office of Rodger Riney, founder and former CEO of Scottrade. All three investors also have representation on the Sharpen board.
The financing brought the total amount raised by Sharpen to over $40m.
Led by CEO Bill Gildea, Sharpen Technologies provides a cloud agent-focused contact center platform that lets users work-from-anywhere, moving between calls, texts, webchats, emails, social media, video, etc. all in real-time and in a single interaction.
